What No One Tells You About Wrist Pain
Wrist pain is a very basic kind of pain that can occur to anyone. It can be caused by a sprain or by a fractured. If you ignore this pain this may become a severe problem in the future such as arthritis, stress, and carpal tunnel syndrome. It usually causes a needle and a pin kind of pain or a tingling sensation in the hand. Some Wrist Pain (ปวด ข้อ มือ, which is the term in Thai) is not very critical so they don’t need medical care. Minor strain can be recovered with ice and rest. But if your pain in the wrist and swelling become worse with the lapse of time then you have to take a bit of medical advice and take the right prescription from your doctor. If you delayed your diagnosis and treatment then it becomes worse. It occurs due to wrist injuries when you fall forward onto your hand. Some type of repetitive stress due to day-to-day activities, for example, hitting a ball, heavy bag in the hand can cause a major injury to the wrist especially when you have done these works for hours and hours and many times these types of injury and fractures may not occur in the X-ray reports. De Quervain’s disease is a type of disease or repetitive stress which causes pain on the base of the thumb.
There Are Two Following Kinds Of Arthritis:
- Rheumatoid Arthritis.
In Osteoarthritis, it deteriorates at the end of cartilage bone. It usually occurs due to past injuries. Whether Rheumatoid arthritis is a type of disorder in which the body might face attacks in the immune system.
It can happen to anyone and anywhere therefore it increases the risk of pain in your wrist. Participation in sports especially in hose sports which involves hands. This can include tennis, cricket, golf, and other games. Almost every activity which includes the working of your hand and wrist from knitting to the cutting of paper it hurts you and worse your pain in the wrist. Diabetes, pregnancy, rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis, and obesity are the other causes of pain in your wrist. IT is impossible to prevent unwanted accidents or incidents of injuries, but we can cure this pain with some presentations by preventing the falls on to wrist and fall of things, buildings the strength of bones, using gears and stay pads during sports, and paying attention for the safety of ours.
