Accumulating fat around your bottom rather than stomach could cut the levels of LDL or bad cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL or good cholesterol that protects against hardening of arteries, revealed researchers from Oxford University. Their evaluation showed the benefits of an ample derriere expand even to cutting the risk of diabetes.

Fat comes in body in good and bad form. Gluteofemoral fat accumulated around the bottom appears to serve as a cushion, wiping up inflammatory fats which could have a hazardous effect elsewhere, explained Professor Jimmy Bell, head of metabolic and molecular imaging from Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust.

As fat around your bottom breaks down more slowly than belly fat and generates smaller amount of inflammatory cytokines. These are chemicals which have been associated with obesity, diabetes and heart disease. Ablaze off too much of this healthier form of fat is not good for you, added Prof Bell.

But excess accumulation of fat around the middle of the body can cause severe health insinuations therefore disposing of it is significant.
