Pomegranate juice makes you more enthusiastic at job

The latest study claims that pomegranate juice could help beat stress at office. The drinking of pomegranate juice has been shown to lower heart rates in office workers and make them feel more enthusiastic about their jobs.  In order to analyze the benefits of pomegranate juice researchers from of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, studies a group of participants.

All the study participants drank five hundred ml of pomegranate juice daily for two weeks. The pulse rate of all study subjects were measured at the beginning and end of the study. They were also required to fill a questionnaire that described their mood and feeling about their job.

The finding of the study showed that almost all of the participants reported more enthusiastic, proud inspired and active. They were less prone to depict their feelings as nervous, distressed, guilty and ashamed compared with the beginning of the fortnight and most of participants had lower pulse rates.

According to lead author Dr Emad Al-Dujaili from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, based on these findings there is vindicated argument for busy workers to drink pomegranate juice to help improve chronic stress and maintain good health. There is mounting substantiation that pomegranate juice delivers wide range of health benefits that merit further research.

It is very rare certainly for an all-natural juice to proffer the range of health benefits that are seeing in pomegranate juice. The earlier study claimed that pomegranate juice could help fight against middle-aged spread. Just after one moths of drinking pomegranate juice study participants were found to be less prone to develop fatty cells around their abdomen.

They also had lower blood pressure, diminished risk of heart attacks, strokes and kidney disease. Researchers also claim that pomegranate juice can help combat cancer, heart disease and ageing process. It contains high antioxidants chemicals, which help counteract harmful oxygen molecules known as free radicals. The study was funded by funded by the Pomegranate juice company.
