The shaky chin is cause of nuisance for overweight males and females all over the world. But now researchers have developed the first drug of its kind that particularly targets the fat deposits which are so noticeable. The new treatment known as ATX-101is governed through a sequence of forty to seventy mini jabs.
These mini jabs function by melting small volume of fat cells. The drug is developed by German pharmaceutical firm Bayer, the earlier test of the drug showed that it is secure and bearable. This minimally all-encompassing process, done with little or no anaesthetic, has the promise to capitulate reliable and meaningful results, explained a spokesman.
The existing treatments involve all surgical procedures like liposuction. The other method that has been associated with to having tattoo is intended to reduce the localized fat under the chin. The Bayer hopes that the drug should capitulate manifest results after about sixteen weeks.
The research team will now conduct trail of the drug on more than seven hundred at more than sixty centres around Europe, including UK. If all works well the Bayer plan to launch it in US, Europe and Asia in near future. There is massive demand for secure, effectual and approved injectanble treatment for localized fat diminution, explained Prof Dr Jean Paul Ortonne.
