In novel study researchers has revealed that to look attractive might not be tough task as one requires, starting eating fresh fruit and vegetables, particularly plums and carrots. The consumption of fresh fruit and vegetables are not only god for your general health but they also give the skin healthy glow and colour.

To reach at this remarkable conclusion, research team from St Andrews University and Bristol University, UK conducted a trail, in which they attempt to discover association between attractiveness and skin color. They conscripted forty participants and asked them to rate fifty Scottish Caucasian people for robustness and good looks.

It was found out that majority of subjects rated people with yellow skin tone healthy as well as good looking. After identifying it, the research team attempted to find out more about the diet patterns of the people who were rated good looking as well as healthy.

The inclusion of certain fruits and vegetables in one’s diet is principally accountable for making yellow twinge in skin. To encourage people to eat healthy is a tough job today, but, after the findings of this study, it might become somewhat easier, explained Ian Stephen, one of researchers from St Andrews University.

Telling people they might have a heart attack at the age of forty if they do not eat more healthily is one thing. What they can do is say, this is what you could look in a couple of months if you increased your consumption of fruit and vegetable, added Stephen.

The research team concluded that through findings of the study, they could encourage young adults who crunch on junk food to include fresh fruits and vegetables in their diets. But one has to consume fruit and vegetables for a definite period of time in order to start yielding results.
