Physical exercise can leave you feel full

A novel study has found that exercise not only burn your calories but also curbs your appetite. Researchers propose that thumbing the treadmill awakens brain cells which tell you when you are full. The brain cells process the information regarding the taste of food.

The brain cells also process the information about how much you are eating and how well it is being digested. They also convey the message when to work out and when it is time to stop eating.

Excessive eating of food is thought to vapors their verdict and escort to pilling on pounds. In lab study researchers had seen that when obese mice were made to exercise, their brain cells began to react to food normally and dropped the amount eaten, reported the study published in the journal PLoS Biology.

The physical exercise just not burn off your calories but it also stops you from consuming them in, explain researchers from the University of Campinas in Brazil. The corporal exercise has always been measured as a foundation stone of the treatment of obesity, explained a spokesman of the study.
