5. In summer always eat fruits that contain high amount of watery contents like mango, cucumber, water melon, sweet melon and grapes. They will help to rehydrate your body.
6. Eating good amount of curd in summer season will help in keeping your stomach cool and provide beneficial effects to your skin.
7. In summer drink plenty of water during the day time. Water helps to detoxify your body and one must drink at least ten to twelve glasses of water per day.
8. One must wash one’s hands properly before and after taking food. Try to eat fresh and home-cooked food.
